Our family has been vacationing in the Ogunquit and Wells Maine area for over 50 years, with 4 generations creating memories in this vacation land which boasts some of the most beautiful beaches in Maine. It has always been our dream to have a cottage to call our own, and in 2017, we did just that. As the new owners, we have undertaken a complete renovation which was completed by end of April. We are excited to share our cottage on the beach with your families so that you can create memories of your own. Our cottage is located on Atlantic Ave. Walk out the back steps, directly on to the beach. It is but a 5-minute walk from the center of Wells and located close to all amenities. The cottage accommodates up to 10 people comfortably, depending on your sleeping preferences. We have planned the furnishings for months and ensured that every comfort has been thought of. From appliances to furniture, mattresses and linens; all is new. Ample beach toys and beach chairs are available in the basement as well as plenty of storage for anything you may want to bring. Some added information: Completely renovated and ready by May 2018. Enjoy the Beach, BBQing / Drinks / Sunrises and Sunsets right on your doorstep. Included in rental: linens, bath towels, and cleaning service at end of your stay. Amenities - Main Floor The main floor boasts an open plan concept, the main bathroom with shower and a large heated porch facing the ocean, containing the dining area, comfortably seating 10 and an additional seating area. We're certain it will be everyone's favorite spot. Fully equipped kitchen including: island with stools, quartz counter top, gas range, 36" fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, coffee percolator, toaster, and much more. Living room with flat screen satellite TV and free WiFi. Large sectional with queen sleeper sofa(sleeps 2). Full bathroom with walk-in shower for 2. Porch with ocean front dining table for 10, and large sectional sofa. Amenities - Top Floor Master Bedroom - Queen size bed (sleeps 2), ocean front view. Second Bedroom – Top and bottom Double/full bunk bed (sleeps 4) Third Bedroom – Single top and Double/full bottom bunk bed (sleeps 3); marsh view Powder room - Toilet and sink. Basement (Accessible by outside) Large Beach shower, mud room and storage room, where guests will have access to beach toys, boogie boards, surf boards, beach chairs and umbrellas. Exterior Front porch with ample seating and marsh view. Laundry room adjacent to porch with washer and dryer. Ample parking for 6 cars.
