30pm! The Manufacturing Team Leader's focus is to oversee Associates while directing and coordinating activities within an assigned production area with a focus on safety, quality, continuous improvement and productivity.
Job SummaryThis position includes, but is not limited to:
Managing change and facilitating communications for problem solving and improvements within the department.
Assist in overseeing the efficient operation of the manufacturing floor including monitoring, coaching, and training, while ensuring scrap and rejects are kept to a minimum.
Must be able to perform all positions on the lines and to train Associates to perform all positions.
Help facilitate and oversee WIP products, table work, rejects and re-labeling, etc.
and is responsible for daily rotation schedule.
Complete paperwork and logging of data per company quality standards with special emphasis on SOP's, HACCP, CCP, and data capture.

Requirements Minimum High School Diploma, some college highly desirable Participates & displays initiative in promoting safety and maintaining a safe work environment Be proficient in WMS systems and help train others Must have experience leading others and proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels Ability to work with Word and Excel, Navision experience is a plus Must be able to operate electrical and manual pallet jacks and fork lifts Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs on a regular basis and to stand for several hours at a time Experience in Lean Manufacturing and mechanical aptitude are a plus Recommended Skills Business Process Improvement Communication Data Collection Food Safety Lean Manufacturing Mechanical Aptitude Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
